Training day at the Raceland circuit in Krsko

The race season has nearly started and we had to test what we have done trough the winter. So last weekend we have been at the Raceland (Link) kart track. The conditions were perfect; warm, sunny weather.
The scooters needed some setting up on the transmission, the suspension needed to be adjusted, after that our driver, Tomaz Korsic, had no problem getting better and better lap times.

Maxiscoot GmbH performed an test on an 2fast engine of our 80cc exhaust system, and compared it to the 2fast exhaust.

Upgraded Minarelli header flange

To further improve and ease the mounting of the header, we changed it, so now it's made from only one piece. Also we added an o-ring, that seals the surface of connection between the flange and the cylinder seat.

Year 2009 exhaust systems

In the last quarter of the last year, we were busy with the further development of our exhaust range. After a lot of time spent on the dynamometer, we succeeded to improve the exhausts performance-wise. The result is substantially wider rpm range along with a higher maximum power output.
In addition to the above, we have made some esthetic improvements; the silencer now features a carbon fiber shell, with CNC machined end caps.
